1. Cohesion

Long-term, intact teams develop dynamics that can be deeply rooted and difficult to change. Values are at the core of team functioning, and can be positive or destructive. The norms for the team must be developed through identification, discussion and acceptance. Team building involves the assessment and group facilitation skills needed to improve functioning. 

Participants provide critical input toward their experiences at work, relationships with team members and how work gets done. The data identify areas of agreement and most importantly, values that need clarification and acceptance. 

The results are analyzed and shared with the team in a private session lasting four hours to one day. The format is ideal for developing action plans or other issues related to team functioning. The feedback can be given multiple days, in short-term meetings. 

Requirements:               At least 6, no more than 20 ratings from team members. Additional ratings can be accommodated for an additional fee of $50 each. 

2. Productive Unity  

The typical workplace is filled with highly proficient, well-educated people. The issue of productivity is not whether they can do the work, but how well they work with others. When educated, proficient people work well together the result is maximized team performance. 

To optimize performance, team members need information on how each member views individuals of the team and team functioning. With that data, the team has the information needed to dramatically improve their productivity. The focus is on individual contribution to the team effort and perceptions of team norms. The data provide feedback on relationships within the group and the way the work gets done. 

The results are analyzed and shared with the team in a private session lasting two to three days. The ideal format would involve meeting away from the work site.
